I bought this from B & H for $349 (inc shipping) last month. It never left my studio and was never used. It is a superb professional back pack style bag for video photographers. I have used kata for over ten years - and I consider them the best bags. This one will hold almost any size camera and including the new Sony Ex-3 and similar Canon pro cameras. Will also easily hold a laptop and many other accessories. This item still has the handtags and all accessories including rain covers. Everything is unused. The Kata BP-502 GDC Backpack is designed to carry medium and large DV camcorders with accessories, laptop computer and a tripod. The main compartment includes the MVK-20 Modi-Vers Divider Kit 20 internal dividing system, which allows for a diversity of equipment set-ups, while ensuring it is easily accessible. TST Thermo Shields Technology combined with reinforced plastic boards and thick closed-cell padding creates a light-weight and protective backpack. The BP-502 includes the double sided elements cover, tripod sling and securing straps. A flat rear compartment is designed to hold and protect a laptop in a padded sling and store all the related accessories. The backpack is carried by the Omega concealment system backpack straps, injected grip handle or the optional DTS Insertrolley. The Modi-Vers System allows you to create compartments that meet your requirements. The divider can be cut with scissors to any desired size.
