Other than the worn/discolored part underneath the handle (where the fingers go), there is only normal wear and tear and I would rate it 7/10. I've sold (3) XL1/XL-1 (non S) and (2) XL1s/XL-1s this past year so be assured that you'll be getting what you paid for.
